Scam for sure. I ordered phonecover with tempered glass overall in jan2023. Took many mails via Paypal, they answered that sended many many times, no tracking code, nothing. Updating system in courier firm and that kind of **bleep**. When i got my package, ou yeah, cover indeed! Piece of plastic, not seen tempered glass in their dreams😂 No free shippinglabels or even address. Now paypal pays back, all return shipping feeds is in my cost. No **bleep** way, same price to pay all fees to send back that plastic **bleep**!!
Paypal, why in the HELL ARE YOU COOPERATING WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!??

Ive been trying to work with these people for almost 2 months now. I received the item but it was late and I was unable to use it. I wanted a refund.. The package was sent from NJ but they would not let me mail it back to NJ, They want me to mail it to China. That's outrageous. The cost is so high and there are not tracking numbers outside the US. This is not a good company to work with.

Did you get this resolved I brought something off them is supposed to be 10 items I received one ..in order to get a refund they want me to send back 1 pair of underwear to CHINA from aust ..

This used to be Elegantion. They are horrid. I bought something back in August and it took over 2 months to arrive. When it finally arrived it looked like a craft a 4 year old made. Actually probably worse. I kept asking them through all the days where my item was. They dragged their feet long enough where I couldn't get Paypal to help me.
They did send a replacement. It was worse than the first one. The ornament is cheap plastic and separated so the fake snow was all over the place in the box. I just complained and they said there are no issues shown in the warehouse so I won't be getting my money back. There was nothing in the box to even protect the ornament.
Stay away from them.

TERRIBLE COMPANY - shady at best! I paid for 2 seagrass Christmas tree ornaments October 15, 2023. Received the order on Nov 13, 2023 but the item was not seagrass. I paid $15.99 each for what turned out to be an ornament that was 3 inches tall made out of plastic. The return address on the package I received the item in was a New York address. But when I returned the item I had to mail it to an address in Hong Kong, China. It cost me $17.90 postage to return the item. They promised they would refund my money ($35.23) when they received the item. After 3 attempts to deliver, it was finally delivered on Jan 6, 2024. But I did not receive a refund. PayPal closed the case the end of Feb 2024. Said I provided the wrong tracking number.
I got an error message when I sent an email address for Amgo Technology. Not sure why.
