I am having difficulty logging into online banking, what do I do? Make sure you are logging on through a supported browser such as Internet Explorer and that your log in credentials (iBB User ID, Passphrase, Digipass and OTC) are correct.

What if I'm having trouble setting up the AIB Authenticator app? Check that you have the most up to date version of the Authenticator app by going into the app/play store, if there is no update required for the app, you have the correct version.

It's best to have Auto updates turned on and ensure you have the latest version of the App. If you're still having trouble - delete & reinstall the App. You will need to re-enrol for SCA and then login as normal. Video Player is loading.
